In the parallel sessions the presentation time is set to 20 minutes presentation followed by a 5 minutes Q&A session. In total 55 minutes.
Make your slides readable, even for those in the back of the room.
No specific BMW template needed.
- Upload your presentation in due time
Please submit your presentation slides in due time before the conference starts. Name the file with session number and name of presenter. (i.e: s1a-j-somebody-optional title and version.pptx).
If you have not submitted your presentation before the conference starts or if you need a last minute version update, please do not hesitate to contact out technicians.
- In the auditorium
Be present in the session room in good time (no later than 10 minutes) before the session starts.
Each session will have a session chair and a technician present to help and guide you.
